Dale manages pre-event planning from the first inquiry through the final details. For corporate clients, that typically includes coordinating with an internal events team, a venue contact, or both. A detailed event timeline is built before the day so DJ Kelli has clear cues for every transition.

Understanding the group matters. The demographic spread, company culture, and what the event is intended to accomplish all shape the music and pacing. A high-energy year-end party for a sales team sounds different from an all-hands gathering that needs to stay inclusive across a wide range of backgrounds and tastes.

For a quote, send your date, venue, guest count, service hours, and draft schedule. Include speaker and microphone needs, separate rooms, venue AV, and music guidelines. We confirm cues and microphone handoffs with your event lead and venue.

The music should support your event goals, whether that means dancing, networking, or a mix of both. When participation fits the brief, DJ Kelli may try one or two line dances and watch how guests respond before deciding what comes next. If guests prefer conversation, that can be a successful outcome too; a busy dance floor is not the only measure of a good corporate event.

Professional speakers and wireless microphones support announcements and presentations. Confirm handheld or lapel microphones, coverage in each space, and any connection to venue AV in your quote. DJ Kelli checks the sound before guests arrive and coordinates speaker cues with your event lead.
